Job Title: Full-Time Towing Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant

Location: Busy Towing Facility

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break from 12:00–1:00 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Full-Time Towing Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant to join our team at a fast-paced towing facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, can manage multiple tasks efficiently, and provides excellent customer service over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch towing calls and coordinate drivers efficiently

  • Answer phones and communicate professionally with customers and clients

  • Perform general office duties including filing and clerical work

  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records

  • Keep the office clean, organized, and running smoothly

  • Prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

  • Excellent phone and communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous dispatching or administrative experience preferred (but not required)
